There are hundreds of attractions and places of interest to visit ranging from the thrill rides found at the theme parks to the peace of swimming manatees in one of the many state parks.
The world-famous theme parks are practically on your doorstep, or visit the Florida’s gateway to space, some water parks, go shopping at one of the many outlets, go to one of the many dining expierences, visit a beautifull state park and this all withing a year-round sunshine with only friendly people. Orlando is also a golfer’s paradise for its rich golfing environment because of the huge choice of full size courses (upwards 125).

Walt Disney World Resort
Walt Disney World has four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios) and two water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon).
Disney Springs is a fun place to visit at night. It is made up of West Side, the Marketplace, Town Center and The Landing, and features a number of attractions, shops, live entertainment, restaurants and a number of clubs.
The theme parks, water parks and Disney Springs is located about 9 miles northwest of the townhome. Driving time is around 15 minutes.
Universal Orlando Resort
Universal Orlando has two theme parks (Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure) and one water park (Volcano Bay).
Universal CityWalk offer similar amenities to Disney Springs and is well worth a visit.
The theme parks, water park and Universal CityWalk is located about 20 miles north of the townhome. Driving time is around 30 minutes.
SeaWorld Orlando
SeaWorld theme park offer up-close animal experiences, roller coasters and, most importantly, a chance for you to make a difference in saving animals worldwide. Or visit the water park Aquatica.
Discovery Cove is an all-inclusive, family-friendly resort and oasis where you can swim with dolphins.
The theme park, water park and Discovery Cove is located about 15 miles north of the townhome. Driving time is around 25 minutes.
Busch Gardens Tampa
An hours drive to the west of Orlando will bring you to the Gulf coast and the fantastic Busch Gardens theme park in Tampa. If you continue further down the Gulf coast you will pass through a number of picturesque towns such as Clearwater, St Petersburg, Fort Myers, Naples and Marco Island, all of which have beautiful white sandy beaches and are well worth a visit.

Legoland Florida Resort
Legoland Florida Resort exist out of one theme park and one water park.

Shingle Creek Regional Park is an urban oasis at the Headwaters of the Florida Everglades and is designated as one of “America’s Great Outdoors” by President Obama.
